Payment timing: Please make your payment upon completion of your order or after receiving notification from us.

Product delivery time:

Rental items ( We will arrange for them to arrive two days before your usage date.)

Made-to-order item (After payment confirmation, please allow 1 to 10 days for production. We will ship the item as soon as it is completed.)

Regarding cancellations and returns:

Please contact us at least 7 days before your scheduled rental date if you wish to cancel your rental.

We do not accept cancellations after the item has been shipped.

If there is any damage to the product or if the wrong item was delivered, please contact us within 3 days of the arrival date.

Return shipping costs: We will cover the shipping costs if the item is defective. In all other cases, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.
